The Kohl Elementary 5K Run/Fun Walk course will begin in front of school and travel through the immediate Kohl Elementary neighborhood in Broomfield.  The first mile is nearly flat, with only a slight rise about 1/8 mile into the race.  The second mile features a 1-2 percent downhill grade, followed by a similar uphill grade.  Then the last mile is flat to slightly downhill. 

The course will feature a lead cyclist, police and volunteers for your comfort and safety, mile markers, and a water station near Mile 2.  Stick around for the post-race party, prizes, and children's fun run.
